Utilising pristine water and expert processing techniques; We emphasise the beans’ bright and clean flavour characteristics. Through the use of three advanced washing stations, we maintain rigorous standards in fermentation and drying, thereby enhancing the coffee’s vibrant natural acidity and distinctive profile.
