Born from the bond between Bizu, a strong Ethiopian mother, and her son Getty, our story carries the journey of Ethiopia to Australia: tradition meeting new beginnings.

Our Coffee

We source our beans from the Guji Highlands of Ethiopia — a region celebrated for producing some of the world’s most distinct and beautiful coffees.

Guji coffee is known for its natural sweetness, smooth body, and complex flavour notes — often floral, chocolatey, and gently spiced. It’s coffee with depth, character, and a finish that lingers.

We choose Guji not only for its quality, but for what it represents:
